Cuban Criticizes Former SEC Employee

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently filed a major lawsuit against Ripple and indirectly against XRP. Claiming that XRP is a security, the institution emphasizes that Ripple also sells unlicensed securities in this way. Cuban, on the other hand, emphasized in his latest tweet that the SEC actually does not know about the cryptocurrency industry.

Cuban stated that the person who participated in a program on CNBC and worked for the SEC “knows nothing” about cryptocurrencies . Criticizing the person who stated that cryptocurrencies have no use, Cuban stated that he could even train himself.

The person Cuban says he could provide training is known as John Reed Stark, the SEC’s recently retired attorney. Contrary to Stark’s words, Cuban stated that cryptocurrencies have multiple uses, and then listed them one by one.

With these statements, Cuban made it clear that he did not choose the SEC from two important parties, namely the SEC and Ripple, which were actually facing each other. Under the relevant tweet, it seems that many XRP investors responded.
